Our pieces are handcrafted using premium materials such as textile bases (cotton, linen, velvet, silk, wool blends), traditional and contemporary embroidery techniques (including Aari and beadwork), decorative elements (glass beads, metallic threads, sequins, stones), metallic or elastic fastenings, and leather or faux leather accents in selected designs. Due to their artisanal production, minor irregularities and variations may occur and are part of the authentic craftsmanship.

To preserve the beauty and quality of your item, handle it carefully with clean and dry hands. Avoid excessive pulling, stretching, or friction, especially on embroidered or embellished areas. Do not expose the product to moisture, perfume, lotions, hairspray, or direct heat. Keep it away from sharp objects that could snag threads or beads.

For cleaning and maintenance, do not machine wash or tumble dry. Do not iron directly on embroidery, beadwork, velvet, or other delicate surfaces. For dust removal, gently brush with a soft, lint-free cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend professional dry cleaning, preferably with specialists who are experienced in handling embellished textiles.

For storage, keep the product flat or gently rolled to avoid pressure on embroidery or decorative details. Store it in breathable fabric bags rather than plastic and protect it from sunlight, humidity, and prolonged pressure. Metallic components should remain dry to prevent tarnishing, and velvet surfaces should be stored without heavy weight on top to maintain texture.

Over time, delicate materials may naturally show signs of wear depending on usage and exposure. Following these guidelines will help maintain the appearance, longevity, and authenticity of your handcrafted piece.
