At Lyra Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Right of Withdrawal As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at theodosiaalmpanti@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g. belts made to specific measurements)
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at theodosiaalmpanti@gmail.com. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
