TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Lyra Atelier online store (lyra-atelier.com) by Theodosia Almpanti, Balanstraße 168, 81549 München, Germany.

2. Contract Formation By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of order.

4. Delivery We deliver to Germany, the EU, and selected international countries. Delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Warranty We are liable for material defects in accordance with applicable law. The statutory warranty period is 2 years from delivery.

7. Liability We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

9. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
