Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a few extra days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Germany:
- Standard Shipping — delivery within 3–5 business days
European Union:
- Standard International Shipping — delivery within 5–10 business days
International (UK, US, CH, AU, and others):
- Standard International Shipping — delivery within 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at theodosiaalmpanti@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
